These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mini Split Master website and the purchase of mini split systems with installation (“Services”). By placing an order through our one-click checkout, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Mini Split Master provides the sale of ductless mini split HVAC systems bundled with professional installation services. Installation services are performed by licensed third-party contractors.

All purchases include:

• Equipment specified at checkout
• Standard installation as described on the website

Any additional work beyond standard installation may result in additional charges, which will be disclosed prior to installation.

2. One-Click Checkout Authorization

By clicking “Purchase,” “Buy Now,” or a similar call-to-action, you:

• Confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method
• Agree to the total price displayed, including equipment, installation, and applicable taxes
• Authorize Mini Split Master to process your payment or initiate financing

All sales are subject to acceptance and availability.

3. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable state and local taxes. Pricing is subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

4. Financing

If financing is selected:

• Financing is offered and administered solely by a third-party financing provider
• Mini Split Master does not approve, deny, or manage financing applications
• All financing terms, payments, and disputes are governed by the third-party provider’s agreement

5. Installation Scheduling, Site Conditions, and Additional Work

After purchase, Mini Split Master or its licensed installation partner will contact you to schedule installation.

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided during checkout regarding the installation site, selected system, and installation conditions is accurate and complete.

If, upon arrival at the job site, actual conditions differ from those described or selected during checkout—including but not limited to electrical requirements, mounting surfaces, line-set routing, distance, accessibility, structural conditions, code compliance, or permitting requirements—additional work and associated fees may apply.

Any additional fees will be:

• Based on the correct and required installation conditions
• Communicated to the customer prior to performing the additional work

If the customer declines the additional work or fees, the installation may be rescheduled or canceled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Equipment warranties are provided by the equipment manufacturer. Installation workmanship warranties are as specified in the service agreement. Except as expressly stated, Mini Split Master disclaims all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Mini Split Master shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or contractor availability
• Issues arising from customer-provided misinformation

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
